The comforter has come
This is the song I woke with in the middle of the night of Sunday 14th September and which has stayed strongly with me till today. I don’t think it is to be taken as an announcement of the coming of the Holy Ruach who is known as the Comforter in the sense of a Pentecost event. That has already happened. This is to my understanding the opening of a realm of comfort coming into the Earth, riding on the wings of a significant transit that culminates on October 20, 2025. And of course, it wouldn’t be enduring comfort without the action of the Holy Spirit. “Comfort ye comfort ye my people. Speak comfortably to Jerusalem…” Isaiah 40: 1-2
2020; A defining year of a defining decade
A defining feature of 2020 in astrological terms was the conjunction of Pluto, Saturn and Jupiter in Capricorn. When planets conjoin in a synodic cycle as these three did in 2020, they initiate a purpose in human affairs. A seed of purpose is planted which begins to unfold throughout the life cycle of the synod. Understanding of the synodic cycle and its phases help us intentionally align with the order of Heaven, in partnership. The alignment of Pluto, Saturn and Jupiter in Capricorn signified the end of the old order and old structures in order for a new order to emerge. It spelt death of the old for a new to be born. The alignment of the 3 is also what is making room for the old heaven to pass away and a new earth to emerge. Order doesn’t change till it is found to no longer serve. And it can sometimes take traumatic experiences to show the obsoleteness of an order whose end has come.
Following the alignment of these 3 in Capricorn, the spread of COVID19 and the loss of millions of lives globally, lockdowns of entire economies on a global scale, businesses shut down and family livelihoods extinguished while authorities and powers politicized vaccine administration, extreme government controls, overreach and corruption all helped the world arrive at Heavens conclusion – the old order must go for a new, people-oriented order to emerge. But the collapse of monumental structures is nothing like the collapse of a pack of cards but more like a fall in slow motion that is better appreciated with benefit of hindsight. During the year, we were daily confronted with news of death and disease, and fear was palpable for many. Till today some people are still carrying on with the mask mandate as a result of fear.
After the conjunctions in Capricorn pulled down the old order and, the new was opened in Dec 2021 when Saturn and Jupiter conjoined at 0° of Aquarius and Pluto’s subsequent ingress in 2023, bringing us into a new order that puts more power in the hands of the people. This is why we see all over the world, old alliances falling apart and new alliances forming. We must continue to pray for our leaders to get things right at this stage so that when the structures being built today are tested (and they surely will) they can stand the test of time and citizens spared the harsh repercussions. “But I am the Lord thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The Lord of hosts is his name. And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.” Isaiah 51:15-16
February 2020 Meeting – Aligning with the order of heaven (come up here)
The February Leadership meeting in 2020 (aka Epe 2020) also marked a shift for us at Plummet Mission. The Meeting was appropriately tagged “Align with the Order of Heaven”. It was during that meeting that the Lord brought us into the Heavens, the planetary system and the impact on Earth. The pattern of the new order being introduced was also very clearly imprinted in the heavens for all to read and we began to learn to read it. So far, it has been like a book of life because as we came to see, the Heavens do not lie. From the title of the meeting, we were to align with Divine Order of Heaven which would lead to the giving of inheritances here on the Earth. Truly, no one takes the Earth without the Heavens. Because Capricorn is about order, structure, the skeletons and foundations upon which society is built, it meant that the Lord was also overhauling the structures upon which He with us would build the new Earth. There are many things we can say about the order of Heaven, but one thing is true – the order of Heaven is hinged on our awakening to the reality of our oneness with the Father. Separation is a disorder and is at the root of all the ills in society we see today. The more we are aware of our oneness with Him and live out of that realization, the more we bring the reality of Heaven on Earth. We are not there yet but so long as we’re working on it, that’s fine.
Joshua Chapters 5 and 6
For us at Plummet Mission, February 2020 was also notable for the word of the Lord to us from Joshua 5 and 6 through which the Lord told us that He was giving us an inheritance in the heavens. As earlier mentioned, it was during this time that we were introduced to the signs of the zodiac and the impact of planetary movements on human affairs, asking us to align to the order of Heaven. This instruction is perhaps necessary because humanity was and still is on the cusp of a shift into a new age in which the interphase of the Heavens and the Earth is very prominent. The knowledge of the heavens was added to our kitty of tools for navigating this unfolding age.
Joshua 5 and 6 is a story about a wall built around a city that was straightly shut against God’s people. In that city, Jericho, was to be found treasure which the God of Israel intended for His people as an inheritance. But on hearing of the approach of Israel, the authorities of the city ordered it be shut up and sealed so that no man went in or came out. But the Lord had a plan. Joshua was to lead a 7- day march of Priests, men of war and the people around the city at the end of which a shout and blasting of horns would precede the collapse of the walls of Jericho.
September 2020
During a special convocation held in September 2020 at Epe, the LORD took us deeper into the journey with the heavens as we began to learn more about Astrology (the expression of planetary movements in the affairs of men). In a definite, coherent manner we were brought into the heavens of October 20, 2020 and were made to understand that the events of that day were going to be pivotal. Though we didn’t know what would unfold on that day, we knew the military would somehow be involved because there were signature military – style action transits occurring on the day of the speaking. No one among those physically present expected what happened on that day.
The surprise shooting of ENDSARS protesters at the Lekki Toll gate on the 20th of October was truly unexpected and unfortunate; an atrocious display of gross disregard for human life and failure of the authorities to protect the lives of its citizens, and an incident that should never have occurred. 12 youths were reported killed and many others injured, throwing the entire nation into grief, anger and turmoil. By the time to ENDSARS protests came to an end, a wave of hopelessness and distrust swept through the youth population. Many youths made up their minds at that point to leave the country, further deepening the emigration of Nigerian youths, a trend that has now come to be known as “Japa”, meaning to run, flee or escape. Though citizens, families and friends have mourned the loss of loved ones, government action at the time felt somewhat detached, as though preferring to sweep things under the carpet. There is a lingering feeling of the need for closure on the matter.
The major events of 2020 in Nigeria –global COVID19 virus, death and all that came with it; and the shooting of innocent youths at Lekki Toll Gate and the loss of hope among the youth population certainly reflect the themes of order and disorder, death, excessive control and collapse.
The sky at the shooting on Oct 20, 2020, 6:50 pm Lagos
A cardinal pressure cooker was in place. Mars (planet of weapons) was retrograde in Aries, tightly square to Jupiter in Capricorn. It was a day of stress while the year-long Capricorn power stack (Jupiter–Saturn–Pluto) framed authority, force, and order. This is classic escalation: Mars-retrograde (anger turned back on the people) is amplified by Jupiter in the sign of the state (Capricorn). The Sun in late Libra (civil order/justice) was squaring that Capricorn bloc: optics, law, and legitimacy under came under strain. Mercury retrograde in Scorpio was opposite Uranus in Taurus, a recipe for sudden blackout of communications, shocks and destabilizing revelations. Reports from that night referenced lights/CCTV disabled and networks cut. The Moon that evening was a waxing crescent in Sagittarius—crowds animated by belief, hope, and moral purpose—early in its cycle and easily triggered. Amnesty and independent reporting place the firing on protesters at 6:50 pm with at least 12 killed. The result? A Mars retrograde day hitting Jupiter magnified force with Mercury-Uranus disruption and Libra-Capricorn tension over justice versus control. State power clamps down under pressure; truth and communications became the battleground.
Where we are today
Fast forward to October 20, 2025 and Jupiter in the course of 5 years has reached the opposition phase of the synodic cycle of Jupiter and Pluto in Capricorn that began in 2020, in the most gracious sign of Cancer. It’s also an interesting bit of information to note that the walls of Jericho were built in the age of Cancer which makes this arrival of Jupiter to the opposition phase of our Wall of Jericho journey in Cancer very significant.
Another layer of significance is added to it considering that the opposition arrives on the anniversary of the date given us by the Lord in September 2020 which has now gone down in history for what it is – Lekki Toll Gate killings, where 12 unarmed Nigerian youths lost their lives.
Synodic-cycle lens
Georgia Stathis, recognized for her work on synodic cycles and their phases, frames every two-planet cycle with the Moon’s eight-phase template, where the Full phase begins at 180° (opposition) and runs to 225°. It’s the moment of maximum visibility, reflection, and distribution—what was seeded at the conjunction is revealed, evaluated, and “broadcast” into the world. In her teaching and writing on synodic cycles, the Full phase is where systems meet their public test and information spreads across networks. Testing phase spans from October 20, 2025 – September 10, 2027
The significance of the opposition phase
Opposition phases coincide with cresting trends, rising pressures that force strategic choices. At opposition, an ecosystem or entity shows its hand; the public adopts or rejects, incumbents defend or pivot. At opposition two significators or entities stand at cross-purposes. This doesn’t doom outcomes, but it does indicate that matters are decided through conflict, balancing, or a clear split between ideologies.
Enter the Captain of the Lord of Hosts, The Angel of the LORD
The city of Jericho today represents the world economic systems that have hoarded, and walled off the abundant resources that the Father intended for people to live joyously, expressing the Christ in them. Without a level of economic rest, the people are kept in a loop created by lack and want. It was not Elohim’s intention for humanity to live in this way but the kings of the Earth and their political shadows have over time created systems of control over world finances that make it impossible for ordinary people to live beyond the loop of lack and want and thereby remain slaves to them and their world order. This is Jericho. Straightly shut up so that no man could go in or out except he was part of the secret organisations of the world rulers. Since 2020, these old and ancient structures have been tottering and falling. Globally and locally. In Nigeria for instance, the monumental, and unprecedented levels of corruption and reckless mismanagement of the economy seemed to reach its limit. We are told that without the steps taken in the last 2 years, that the nation would have become a failed state by now. In the last 2 years, the nation’s economy has been under repair with some gains recorded and much more being expected. As we approach this opposition phase on the 20th of October, the emphasis of government will tilt more towards making the gains felt in the homes (Cancer – comfort and security). The Captain of the Lord of Hosts (Joshua 5and 6) at the opposition is ready to give instructions to bring down this wall of Jericho.
The Comforter has come
The Comforter who gives succor to the oppressed coming at the same time as the Captain of the Host or Angel of the LORD are both significant for both are addressing the same matter from different perspectives.
Earlier in the first paragraph, I mentioned how I was informed of the coming of the Comforter. In the cause of writing this article, I felt to speak with our father in the Lord on a few points I was stretching my mind over. It wouldn’t be the first time that the Lord would have given him something in the morning that I would come to ask him about later in the day. Still, I was pleasantly surprised when he shared how the Lord had visited him in the night to say “welcome the Holy Spirit”.
The Holy Spirit, the Comforter and the Captain of the Host are here for the phase before us.
Bottom Line
We have arrived at a crucial point in a significant synodic cycle that began in 2020. This crucial point heralds the coming of the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, the Captain of the Host or Angel of the Lord. It also speaks of women receiving their dead back to life and possibly, the policy of government turning from building policy and frameworks to putting money, provisions (comfort) into homes. When I asked the Comforter how far back does the taking back of the dead raised into life go, the answer in was given is He will comfort all her waste places. Other scriptures were to follow at intervals during the day and listed below.

Welcome the Holy Spirit.
